Our company consistently ensures the protection of personal data and the privacy of visitors to its website.
All procedures and measures adopted and implemented by our company in this area are consistently based on the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data and privacy, in particular:

• of the Civil Code, No. 89/2012 Coll. , and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services .

In the event of any changes to the relevant legislation, we continuously adapt all our procedures and measures to these new regulations and changes.

Our company High & Focused sro , with its registered office at Cimburkova 916/8, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Company ID: 08643431, which acts in relation to the personal data of customers and suppliers in the legal position of a personal data controller, is a trading company engaged in the retail sale of goods.
High & Focused sro, as the controller, carries out all processing of personal data on the basis of and in accordance with the obligations and requirements arising from the General Data Protection Regulation and other related legal regulations.
We process your personal data under the conditions set out below.

Personal data processed

In general, to use our company's website, you do not need to enter any input or access information or data that could be personal data. Providing personal data is therefore only necessary in cases where it is necessary to contact you back or communicate with you further, especially if you are an e-shop customer or a registered customer.
To make a purchase in the e-shop, the customer can register or can make a purchase in the e-shop without registering. As part of the registration, the customer enters their contact and delivery details: name and surname, residential address, email address, telephone number, delivery address, which are necessary for concluding the purchase contract and delivering the goods. This data is secured by a password and email. An unregistered visitor to the e-shop is obliged to provide the following data in order to make a purchase: name and surname, residential address, email address, telephone number, delivery address.
We only process the personal data that you provide to us in qualified cases in connection with the purchase of goods offered and sold by us. 
This usually involves the following personal identification data that we absolutely need to carry out the relevant transaction or other procedure or measure: name and surname, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address.
Any processing of personal data is always tied to the specified purpose of processing and the relevant legal title of processing corresponding to this purpose within the meaning of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular: performance of the contract/negotiation of the contract, fulfillment of the legal obligations of the controller, legitimate interests of the controller and consent of the data subject.
In case your personal data is processed on the basis of the legal title: Consent of the data subject (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"), processing is only possible for the duration of this Consent. If you withdraw your Consent and/or the period for which you granted Consent expires, further processing of your personal data is excluded.
In addition, some other data may be available to us by visiting our website and actively using our services, namely the IP address and cookies (in the case of online services), which we do not systematically process in relation to data subjects.
If you consent to sending purchase evaluation questionnaires via Heuréka.cz, your data (e-mail address, information about the purchased goods/services) may be provided to the operator of the Heureka.cz portal (Heureka Group as).

Recipients of personal data

Outside our company, the personal data of data subjects are provided to third parties, in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the legal and contractual obligations of our company, which arise for us from the contractual relationship with the person concerned:

• For the purpose of delivering the goods, your personal data is transferred to the extent necessary to the carrier you have designated to deliver the ordered goods. The data transferred in this way includes, in particular, your name and surname, delivery address and telephone number at which the carrier can contact you.
• For the purpose of using marketing services, in particular sending commercial communications or telemarketing, your personal data may be transferred to a third party in the capacity of an intermediary, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR,
• In order to exercise the Operator's rights, your personal data may be transferred to third parties (e.g. our Legal Representative) or public administration authorities.

When paying the purchase price, your personal data relating to payment cards and transactions are not processed. These personal data are processed by the relevant payment gateway operated by the banking institution.
When processing personal data or providing it to third parties in the capacity of an intermediary, personal data is not transferred outside the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Processing time

Your personal data will be processed at least for the duration of your contractual relationship with us.
Your personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual or legal obligations may be processed or archived even after the termination of the contractual relationship, in particular for the period specified by the relevant generally binding legal regulations.
Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed for a period of 5 years from the date of granting consent or until the consent is revoked.

Person under 16 years of age

Consent to the processing of personal data cannot be given by a person under the age of 16. In the case of registration or consent for marketing purposes by a person under the age of 16, consent must be given by the legal representative of the person concerned (parental consent).

Data subject and their rights

In the event of processing your personal data by High & Focused sro, as the controller, you are in the legal position of a data subject who has all rights arising from the General Data Protection Regulation towards the controller.
As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to the controller in particular, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation:

• the right to correct personal data if the data is kept inaccurately;

• the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling (with exceptions).

Personal data security

During any processing of your personal data, we emphasize its effective protection against leakage or misuse, particularly in the form of necessary technical measures and security of our website and other information systems and software applications used by us, as well as in the form of binding internal procedures and organizational rules for the processing of personal data, including the obligation of confidentiality of our employees.
In this regard, our company has also issued a Directive on the processing and protection of personal data at High & Focused sro and has adopted specific technical, organizational and other measures to secure both automated and manually processed personal data.
In the event that another person – the personal data processor – is authorized to further process personal data in a specific matter, this processing is regulated in detail by a personal data processing contract, which, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, sets out strict technical and organizational rules for the effective protection of data processed by the processor.
