Withdrawal from contract

You can withdraw from a purchase in our online shop without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, and even before you receive them. If you placed your order on or before 4 October 2026, you have 30 days.

Enter your name, email and order number. If you are returning only some items, list them in the note. In the next step, you check the details and submit them with the “Confirm withdrawal” button. We will confirm receipt by email, together with instructions for returning the goods.

You can also withdraw by email to obchod@easeshop.cz, by letter to High & Focused s.r.o., Milady Horákové 391/47, 170 00 Praha 7, or in person at our shop at the same address. You will find details in our refund policy.
