Contract withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you — or a person nominated by you — take possession of the goods. Fill in the form below and we'll send you a confirmation together with return instructions. We'll refund the purchase price including delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but not before the goods are returned to us. The cost of returning the goods is yours.
